Do I need IT approval to use EDGE?
No. EDGE is a web app — nothing to install. The Microsoft Teams integration uses delegated permissions so only your own meetings are accessible, with your consent. No admin approval needed.
What call platforms does EDGE work with?
Any platform where you can get a transcript — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or a phone call. For Teams, EDGE can auto-transcribe directly.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. EDGE never stores raw audio. Transcripts are processed in memory and only the analysis is saved. UK/EU infrastructure, fully GDPR compliant.
How does candidate CV processing work?
CVs are never stored. EDGE detects and removes personal identifiers in your browser before analysis runs — only the redacted text is processed. The generated screening brief is saved against the role, with no candidate name or identifier attached.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your account moves to read-only. You keep your history and reports but cannot generate new briefs, analyse calls, or run candidate screens until you upgrade.
What is the Founding Member rate?
